Kenapa Melayu kerja Gomen?

Di masa sekarang kalau survey, aku rasa ramai orang nak kerja gomen. Gaji makin bagus, cuti 2 hari hujung minggu, hal ehwal perubatan terjaga, overtime pon boleh buat, dan bagi sesetengah professional (Doktor/ Engineer/ Arkitek/ Lecturer/ akauntan) mungkin ada kelonggaran untuk kerja Consultancy luar ataupun di pinjamkan kepada mana-mana badan berkanun/GLC. Naik pangkat pon mungkin lebih senang bagi generasi professional yang baru (kurang 10tahun berkhidmat) sebab banyak kekosongan jawatan kanan dan ramai jugak professional tua yang berhenti dari kerja gomen. Ini aku cakap pasal professional, bukannya yang kerja bawahan. Kalau kerja bawahan pulak, memang kerja gomen lagi terjamin masa depan bagi yang tidak bercita-cita tinggi. Nak minta loan bank pon, sekarang ni guna payslip gomen lagi laku. Hell, aku rasa bukan saja Melayu, bukan Melayu pon minat kerja gomen. At the beginning of every month, I spent half a day working on my calendar for the next forty days. Forty days works for me rather than just thirty. That way, I get a jump on the next month and don't get surprised. I begin by reviewing my travel scheduler and planning activities with my family. Then I review what objects, lessons, and other objectives. I want to accomplish during those five to six weeks. Then I start blocking out days and times for thinking,writing, working , meeting with people, etc. I set times to do fun things, such as seeing a show, watching a ball game, or playing golf.
